To the Memphis Grizzlies organization, my teammates, the fans, and the entire Memphis community,
From the very first day I arrived in this city, I felt the love. I was a young man with big dreams and a deep passion for the game, and Memphis welcomed me with open arms. You gave me the space, the support, and the encouragement I needed to grow — not just as a player, but as a person. For that, I’ll be forever grateful.
To the Grizzlies organization — thank you for believing in me. Thank you for taking a chance on a kid from South Carolina and allowing me to lead. You’ve trusted me through every step, through every challenge and triumph, and that trust helped shape the player I am today. The environment you created — built on hard work, resilience, and heart — helped me reach new heights in my career. You’ve never stopped pushing me to be my best, and I’m honored to represent this franchise.
To my teammates — each one of you has been a part of my journey in a unique way. We’ve gone to battle together, shared unforgettable moments, and pushed each other to be better, every single day. I’ve grown not just beside you, but because of you. The brotherhood we’ve built is real, and I cherish it.

You’ve stood by me during my highest moments and also during my lowest. You’ve never stopped showing love, and that love has meant more than I can ever express.
