When I first joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as defensive coordinator, I was tasked with molding a defense that would rise to the challenge and complement the team’s rich legacy. Now, as your head coach, I’ve embraced the opportunity to lead this franchise into a new era. It’s a standard I hold myself and every player in that locker room to every single day.
