This open letter is written with deep gratitude, reflection and respect for the journey that has shaped me into the athlete and person I am today. Hard work and persistence aside, the people who have supported me, encouraged me, and challenged me to push myself out of my comfort zone have shaped every step along my career path.

I want to thank the tennis community for the atmosphere you have created. Being part of this international community has challenged me in ways I never imagined tennis is a sport that demands perfection both physically and mentally. Competing with the best in the world has humbled me, made me progressive and shown me the value of continuous improvement.
I also want to give credit for how much the sport has changed. “It’s an honor and a responsibility to be part of this progress as the competition continues to rise every year. It inspires me to work harder, think more clearly and never get complacent.
Pressure, growth and learning have all been experienced during my whole journey and they’ve all contributed to building my identity as a player. I’ve learned that winning titles isn’t the only measure of success; building resilience, discipline and character is just as important.
