Dear Richard Childress Racing Family, Supporters, and the Entire Racing Community:

I write this letter with deep thanks, respect, and reflection. Today is more than just another day on the track; it’s a day to reflect on everything that has led me to this point. Every lap, struggle, win, and lesson was made possible by this great community’s love, support, and unshakable belief in me.

Thank you, Richard Childress Racing (RCR). You didn’t just give a young racer a chance; you provided me a second home, a place to grow, and a platform to pursue aspirations that once seemed out of reach. From the minute I went into the garage to the roaring moments on the track, you guys treated me like Brexton Busch—an person with his own fire, talent, and journey—rather than a child in the shadow of a renowned father. Your belief in me, willingness to invest in my development, and dedication to fostering the next generation of racing talent are blessings that I will never take for granted.

To my great fans: thank you for cheering me on from the stands, following me on social media, or simply whispering a prayer during difficult times. Your encouragement has propelled me throughout my greatest performances and lifted me during those that I wish had gone differently. You have allowed me to make mistakes, learn from them, and come back stronger. Every signature request, every shout from behind the fence, and every smile from the crowd is what elevates this sport above just competition. It’s family.

And to the larger racing community—my mentors, fellow drivers, engineers, pit crews, journalists, and even competitors—you’ve all helped shape who I am. You’ve inspired, challenged, and shown me that greatness cannot be reached alone. People in the motorsports sector give their all, not just for the win, but also for the legacy. It’s humbling to be a part of something bigger than trophies—something that has significance, passion, and unity.

To my family, particularly my father, Kyle Busch—you lay the groundwork. You led by example before allowing me to forge my own way. The pressure was real, but the support was stronger. You gave me the freedom to fail and the wings to soar.

I want everyone reading this to know that my path is continuously evolving. I’m learning. I am growing. But I will bring every ounce of love, every minute of support, and every lesson learned at the RCR garage and elsewhere with me into the future. My objective is to run not only well but also with heart, humility, and honor.

So thank you for believing in the boy with a dream and supporting him as he makes that goal a reality, one lap at a time.

With infinite gratitude,
Brexton Busch
