As I sit down to write this, I’m filled with gratitude, nostalgia, and a profound sense of connection with all of you who’ve stood by me and Rush throughout this extraordinary journey. Music has always been more than just sound—it’s been a bridge, a shared language, and a sanctuary for us all.
Reflecting on the decades of relentless touring, countless performances, and the unwavering support from this incredible community, I’m reminded of the power music holds to unite, heal, and inspire. Whether it was the roar of the crowd at a sold-out arena or the quiet conversations with fans who shared their stories with me, every moment has been etched into my heart.
This isn’t just a moment of reflection, though—it’s also one of looking ahead. While the chapter of Rush as a touring band has come to a close, the spirit of our music, the legacy of what Alex, Neil, and I created together, lives on. And so do I, driven by the same passion and curiosity that first led me to pick up a bass guitar.
