To YES, our loyal fans, and the whole YES community,
My heart is full of thankfulness as I sit here writing these lines. It is impossible to express in words the enormous influence this voyage has had on my soul. Throughout decades of music, exploration, and spiritual connection, one reality has remained constant: the love, energy, and steadfast support of everyone.
To my YES brothers, past and present, you have been my musical family, kindred spirits on this grand adventure. From the first days of imagining sonic landscapes to the intricate layers of sound we created together, our journey has been nothing short of magical. The music we made was always bigger than us, a power of its own, propelling us toward the unknown. Though the road has been riddled with twists and turns, I treasure the music we have given the world and the spirit of YES that continues to inspire many hearts.
To our fans, whether you first heard us in the ethereal echoes of Close to the Edge, the cosmic energies of Awaken, or the anthems of Owner of a Lonely Heart, you are the reason YES has survived. This journey was made possible by your passion, open-mindedness, and willingness to embrace the vast, boundless realms of progressive rock. You have not just listened; you have felt, lived, and breathed this music. Every concert, every line sang in unison, every shared moment of transcendence has been a tribute to the strong bond we share.
And to the entire YES community—the musicians who have carried the torch, the artists who have painted our aspirations, and the souls who have continued to believe in music’s ability to raise consciousness—you are the heartbeat of our heritage. You have created a haven for creation, where sound is an expression of spirit, and where music exists in an endless, ever-changing dance.
