Norris, now regarded as one of the brightest stars on the Formula One grid, credited Formula 2 for preparing him mentally and technically for the intense pressure of racing at the highest level. The McLaren Racing driver explained that competing in Formula 2 taught him how to manage race weekends, understand tire strategy, and consistently deliver under pressure against elite young talents.
